Had coffee and muffins. Delicious breakfast in a small and casual cafe. Staff attentive and friendly. Will definitely return.
This restaurant is truly a convergence of Elle's dreams, great design, and hard work from a dedicated and conscientious staff. The food rivals any bistro in Storrs Center and it's closest competitors are the physical surrounds of the cafe and the dining experience itself. People actually meet and converse - not an internet cafe feel at all. Michael McDonald's transformation of a brownfield car dealership to a multiple use building with great aesthetics is worth a discussion as well should you find him on site. Just having coffee here will make you think and dream better, seriously.
Excellent sandwiches and breakfasts. Reasonably low price. Many pastries and desserts, fresh.
Great place for lunch - nothing here is below 3 stars and most above 3.5 or better. Sandwiches are particularly good. A good value.
