The shopping experience at Champagne was excellent. Ken Champagne welcomed me when I came in and handed me the keys to the car so I could begin looking around while I waited for Gus Loukas to return from another test drive. Gus and I took out two cars; he never made me feel pressured and was happy to both drive the car so I could look, listen, and get a feel for it, and also to extend the test drive when I wanted to go a little farther.
I found a car listed online that was what I was looking for and in my price range. I headed over and dealt with Joe Casoni. It was a great experience from beginning to end. No hassle, no haggling. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. If you are looking for a car, and want to be able to talk to someone who has you best interest in mind, talk to Joe at Champagne!
Champagne also transported the car to an independent mechanic (~20 miles from their showroom) that I specified for a pre-purchase inspection, on the day that I requested. No fuss at all.
Gus stayed in contact after the test drive at my request and just like at the time of the test drive, I felt no pressure in our communications. I did not end up purchasing a car from Champagne but this was because I am looking for a very specific car. I would not hesitate to shop here again, and I might before my search is over!

Would give 6 stars if possible. Incredible staff. Professional, friendly and no pressure. No sales spiel. Just a bunch of really nice people to deal with. Accommodating and honest. I hate car shopping, but the staff at Champagne Motor Car Company made this transaction a pleasure to do and with ease. Thank you to everyone there! We drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to look at the car (and would do it again) but save us a trip back to pick the car up, they delivered it to my house.
