I was an Allstate customer for about 12 years. I had purchased a second vehicle and got an insurance quote. I decided to look around and geico quoted me a lower price so I switched to them. I did promise my Allstate agent (Christine Potts) that if I ever switched again I would give her a call first. Well after 6 years with geico I had a small fender bender and they jacked my insurance up to a ridiculous amount. As promised I called Christine and got quotes for my Car, Truck, Motorcycle and Condo insurance. The price was several hundred dollars less than the new rate that geico was going to charge me so I switched back to Allstate. I will note, Even if the rate had been the same I would still have switched back because the customer service from Christine and her staff is second to none! I'm back and I learned my lesson.
