I have needed the services of select therapy several times over the last 10 years. During that time the consistency of care and concern has been exceptional.
To address my rotator cuff tear, I received physical therapy in several settings because we were relocating. While all of the therapy has been very effective, my therapist at Select Physical Therapy has been especially sensitive to where I am right now in the rehab process. She spent a great deal of time with me understanding the history of my injury, my current physical condition, and my overall goals in the healing process. My sessions with her have been a great combination of "hands-on" manipulation, demonstrations and practice of exercises to do at home, and overall encouragement and feedback. After each session, I always feel enabled and very positive about my progress. I am so happy to be wrapping up my therapy here!

Their ability to assess the subtleties of an injury and adjust therapies for individual lifestyle was remarkable. I believe that this lead to a more rapid recovery then originally anticipated.
Dorinda is very knowledgeable and experienced. She caters the physical therapy sessions to meet the individual needs of each client. She is patient and gentle, but able to push you past your comfort zone and and into a recovery zone. She's an awesome therapist who is able to help her clients reach their goals, while enjoying PT.
