I used to love this place, but after today it is unlikely I will go back. First off, if you go expect to be there for an hour and 15 minutes. Service is slow and forgetful, everytime I go it takes forever to get water, the check, a coffee refill- no matter how many people in the place. They consistently mess up my order and my friends orders at the same time. They are also always out of some basic ingrediants and seem to never be prepared for questions. Even if the home fries are good, they will be overcooked.
While leaving, a very large angry man ran outside to yell at me and stop my car. This is an unprofessional and poorly managed business.
I highly recommend going elsewhere, possibly somewhere that acknowledges your presence and serves you drinks in under a half an hour.
Have to update. Gramma's went through an ownership change and with it, most of the good stuff. Can't tell you how disappointed I am. On my last visit they couldn't get my breakfast order right and after three tries I gave up. They replaced most (if not all) of the excellent staff that was there and lets just say that the food coming out of the kitchen also falls short. (example. Home fried potato's, a staple for breakfast, undercooked to the point of being inedible. This was at 11am.)
Very poor customer service. Went to this place a lot food was so good! But NOOOO not today! Go in order my food and while cook/waitstaff was cooking my food she was cashing out orders and didn’t wash her hands and touched my food. After remaking my food took my order went home and was missing a meal! So call and they say “we will give you your money back” get back to restaurant and the owner gives me a hard time about the potato supposed corn beef hash and then kept it said he can reuse it! CRAZY!!! IIIIII will never go back there again!!!! EVERY AGAIN NOOOO FREAKEN WAY!!!! WORST PLACE IVE EVER COME TO! New owners and not cool people and very sloppy looking I’m done!
My first time here w my favorite niece :) We liked it and will be recommending others to try it. Good food, good portions. Friendly staff, owner came to our table to ask how was everything. On our way out Grandma also checked in with us. We received a punch card for our next visit which we will be using to try the pancakes.
I waited 20 minutes to get my drink order taken and then waited another 15 minutes before getting up to leave and my drink was never even served to me.
Not sure if I will ever return, truly sad to have lost my go-to breakfast place.
