Me and my family went to visit to check in on our dog since it was sick. We had got asked what was wrong and we said that it had eaten rat poisen they said ok well give you coughing medicane since they thought it was canal cough so we went home and then they failed and gave us the wrong medicane so our dog passed. they should half given us what would have helped with what she had eaten. so either they don't know what their doing or something else. DON"T GO HERE
I absolutely love all the techs and doctors here. they do everything in their power to accommodate you and your pet. They let me drop off my cat when they didn't have appointment space and they took care of him inbetween clients. They are very timely when it comes to calling and updating you. You can tell how much the techs love and care for your animal while they have them. Any questions I had they answered and I even was able to come say goodnight when they needed to keep him overnight. Highly recommend for any of your furry family members.
Eastbrook's amazing staff has been providing great care for our creatures for fifteen years. They recently helped obtain the very complicated medical paperwork for our dog's relocation to South Africa--we could not have done this move without them guiding us through and following up on all the details. Our dog is an anxious rescue beast, and all the vets and techs were great about making him feel calm and comfortable at every visit. We're so lucky to have Eastbrook in the neighborhood!
Awesome place to bring your animals! Good service, staff are friendly. They will LOVE your pets! Appointments are needed, but the place is tricky to find. (Right before big Y if you're traveling from Uconn campus)
