She would give us homework of writing autobiographys for ourselves. Then I handed her 3 insurance cards 1 from me and my spouse's 2. She absolutely grilled me on my plan. I understand I should know the basics but she needed in depth information and made me feel stupid for not knowing things like exactly how much of my deductible I've met. She refused to run my spouse's insurance and told me "well if you don't know then you should just pay me all of it right now." Upset I said "fine do you take cash" her reply was "yes but I don't make change". We left having felt worse then going in.
This woman has an extremely direct cold and matter of fact attitude. She even said some people don't like her because she reminds them of a person they don't like. I left quite upset feeling as though I gave this woman money for absolutely nothing. Even on the phone she sounded rushed and bothered. Her job is to heal and breed communication but she will not do that. She will make you feel demeaned and as if you did something wrong by contacting her. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your own mental health and safety
Carmel kyler is a scam artist. First you can only leave messages and have her call back she will not answer. She gave us 1 option all week for a session. She had us print about a dozen forms on our own and when we forgot just 1 she said "well fill it out here but remember you're on the clock" so she will use your time for her admin work. She says her hours are "45 minutes". The first portion of the session she berated me on how I was taking my medication wrong even though it is the first time she met me and she does not prescribe medicine. We talked for maybe 15 minutes then the rest of our time was spent once again on her admin work of payment and scheduling. She said that unless we could return for the same time session she would not be able to see us ever. Her exact quote was "if I knew you guys couldn't return for this time I wouldn't have taken you on". This seems like it could have been an easy fix by asking us first over the phone about our schedule. Also she said if we did return the
