Staff was very professional and even provided me with some suggestions and supplies for future visits to make our visits less stressful.
Very unprofessional. Each time I go there takes two or three times for them to take blood. If didn't have to go there definitly wouldn't chose here.
I can not believe how bad the customer service is at this Quest! Staff are rude, talk about other patients behind their backs after they leave so everyone in waiting room can hear. They made faced and rolled their eyes at questions asked. Wouldn't wait for patient to try again to pee for test....kicked him out because had to go on lunch. Absolutely HORRIBLE!
