Had to replace my very expensive Beautyrest Legend mattress due to a bulging spot. I called the company and it cost me $39.95 to have an inspection. One week later I called back to find out I initially was rejected but upon another look it was approved. So, I went to the store to replace my mattress. I foolishly thought a swap would be no problem. I had full refund price for the mattress only. Problem is the price was higher and in order to get the mattress I wanted it would cost me a lot more. I settled for my second choice. I must say my sales woman was very informative and pleasant. She understood my frustration. Delivery was on time and the delivery men covered their shoes and put down carpet on my steps.
Just got some awesome (expensive) pillows at the Storrs location. The new manager, Lynn, was very helpful and gave me a pretty solid discount since I was buying so many. Great experience.
The sales associate Lynn at the east brook mall location was very pleasant and helpful. She was efficient and fast but also informative and helpful. We got everything we wanted plus more. Would definitely recommend using mattress firm for your bed needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Bill, he was honest, knowledgeable, and not one bit pushy. He was willing to take his time with us and explain all details of what we were interested in. He gave us a great deal, and we walked out very happy. If your interested in having a non pushy, and honest salesperson I'd ask for Bill. He was great!
